We are currently looking for a highly experienced Senior Hardware Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will not only lead and mentor a team of developers but also actively contribute to embedded system development and hardware designs, ensuring the highest standards of quality and innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead a team of developers, providing support, reviewing their work, and assisting with time estimations and planning. Ensure quality assurance on work deliveries and implementations by the team.
• Hardware Architecture: Develop hardware architecture on a system level, envisioning comprehensive and efficient solutions for our projects.
• PCB Design: Design and test complex and mixed-signal multi-layer PCBs, leveraging high-speed design techniques, micro-via technology, and controlled impedance traces.
• Innovation: Bring your extensive experience and creative ideas into projects, suggesting innovative solutions from ideation to implementation and testing phases.
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including hardware, software, and mechanical engineers, fostering a cohesive and innovative work environment.
• Reporting: Report progress, findings, and insights to project coordinators, stakeholders, and management, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's or master’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field. Alternatively, equivalent knowledge gained through significant work experience in hardware development of embedded systems or similar domains.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of high-speed design techniques, experience in the layout of high-speed multi-layer PCBs, including micro-via technology and controlled impedance traces.
• Tools Proficiency: Proficient in PCB design tools and simulations environment, ensuring accurate and efficient hardware development processes.
• Safety Standards: Knowledge of designing hardware according to standards for electrical safety, ensuring compliance and reliability.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (both written and spoken), enabling effective collaboration with team members, stakeholders, and customers.

Preferred Skills:

• Equipment Proficiency: Experience with laboratory test equipment such as scopes, spectrum analyzers, and assembly machines, enhancing your versatility in hardware testing and validation.
• High Power and High Voltage Designs: Previous experience in high power and high voltage designs, demonstrating expertise in challenging hardware requirements.
• Leadership Experience: Previous team leading or mentoring experience, showcasing your ability to guide and inspire a team toward success.
